BRONCO Reflective Grille Letter Overlays
By request, we have added reflective grille letter overlays. It's unique and the same type of material used for many emergency vehicle decals and wraps.
Due to the side variety of color and designs our customers request, we are using a printable reflective material.
For UV and minor impact protection, we will add a 2.5mil overlaminate on top. You will receive TWO full sets.
We have many alternate configurations of our grille letters. Please go back to the main Bronco category and click the emblems filter to see them.
- Does not fit Bronco Sport. Please see our other products for Sport grille overlays.
- To keep the material vibrant and reflective, we must print in a high speed mode. This may result in the output becoming slightly lighter than the claimed color.
- As per manufacturer recommendations, you should use a DRY installation. Transfer paper is included. Please watch our installation video.
Style Reflective > Design - Solid - This is simple reflective paper which appears white / silvery in daylight.
Style Outlined in Reflective + Design - This is printed on reflective paper with an outline left unprinted. While the whole thing is reflective to a degree, the border is what stands out the most.

Installation and Feature Video
Clean the application area to prepare it for installation. Video shows the installation and shows off how this material looks in the light/dark.
NOTES: We recommend that the installation area be free of wax and not under direct sunlight. Some will choose to clean the application area with rubbing alcohol which is okay.
"Rubbing alcohol will not damage car paint if it is diluted to between 10% and 15%. Since rubbing alcohol evaporates quickly, it doesn't damage car paint."
AS PER MANUFACTURER RECOMMENDATION, this should be a DRY installation. This is why transfer paper is included.
- Detailing Spray
- Heat Gun or Hair Dryer
Try doing the install in the shade so it doesn't heat up the vinyl rapidly. Keep a hair dryer around to maximize adhesion around the colors. Otherwise you can park it back in the sun and push down the corners.
