Complete the Borla System — Choose Your Tip Finish
The Borla Tail Pipe Kit is the final piece of the exhaust system for the 2024+ Ford Ranger Raptor, pairing with the Borla ATAK mid-section (60742) to complete the full system. Designed around 2.75" diameter piping with a 4" outlet tip, built from T-304 stainless steel and backed by Borla's Million Mile Warranty. Three distinct tip finish options let you match the look to your build without changing any of the performance characteristics.
Two ways to use this kit:
-
Complete Borla System — pair with the Borla ATAK Mid-Section (60742) for the full system. The mid-section provides the ATAK sound and active exhaust valves; these tail pipes complete it with your choice of tip finish.
-
Tip Upgrade Only — these tail pipes are also compatible with the factory OE mid-section. If you just want to change the look of the tips without replacing the mid-section, these bolt on to the stock Ranger Raptor exhaust. Note: without the Borla mid-section, you won't get the ATAK sound upgrade or active valve functionality — just the visual tip change.
🔗 Want the mid-section too? See the Borla ATAK Complete System — buy the mid-section alone or bundled with your choice of tail pipes in one listing.

FAQ
Do I need the mid-section too?
Not necessarily. If you just want to upgrade the appearance of the tips while keeping the factory exhaust note, these tail pipes connect directly to the stock Ranger Raptor mid-section — no other parts needed. If you want the full ATAK sound upgrade with active exhaust valves, see the Borla ATAK Complete System listing where you can add the mid-section and choose your tips in one purchase.
What is the difference between Brawler Ceramic Black and Ceramic Black?
Both use a ceramic black coating on T-304 stainless steel. The Brawler style (60743BC) features a slightly different tip profile — a more aggressive, squared-off Brawler tip shape. Ceramic Black (60743BRCB) uses a more traditional round tip. The ceramic coating on both provides heat resistance and durability over standard painted finishes.
Why is the Carbon Fiber option significantly more expensive?
The Carbon Fiber / Black Anodized version (60743CFBA) incorporates actual carbon fiber material in the tip construction alongside black anodized hardware — both premium materials that add significant cost over straight stainless steel. If you're building a high-end spec Raptor, the CF tips complete that look.
Will this void my factory warranty?
Borla exhausts are covered by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act — a dealer cannot void your factory warranty simply because you installed an aftermarket exhaust. The Million Mile Warranty from Borla also covers the product itself against defects.
