ActionTrax Blue Metal Teeth Recovery Boards — Made in the USA
When standard boards are not enough: American-made steel teeth for ice, hardpack and frozen ground.
Made in Kansas. Made in the USA.
ActionTrax boards are made with care in Kansas, with U.S. tooling and materials, by a desert-racing airplane mechanic, family and friends. They started as portable boat ramps and temporary roads, and farmers, construction crews, military members, disaster-relief teams and first responders now trust them to get a whole convoy across soft ground. 100% made in the USA.
Steel Teeth for Extreme Traction
Instead of molded plastic, these boards carry aggressive steel teeth for superior grip in extreme frozen conditions and hardpack terrain.
The metal sawtooth design clears and cuts through ice and compacted material that defeats plastic teeth. A pair comes with 72 pre-installed stainless steel teeth.
Made in the USA
The wrap label on each board says it plainly: Made in the U.S.A. ActionTrax boards are made in Kansas with U.S. tooling and materials.
Like the standard boards, they are UV stabilized and built with input from military units and Baja 1000 racers.
Field-Repairable, Quick-Link Ready
Pre-formed drill-bit holes mean you can replace a tooth in the field with the ActionTrax lug repair kit or your own hardware.
The quick-link system lets you tie boards together with cord or flex cuffs, and oversized hand holds work with gloves.
See How They Work
This short video from ActionTrax explains the benefits of the flexible, field-repairable American-made design and shares technique tips for getting the most from your boards.
Use with care: Metal teeth give extreme traction but can damage standard tires with excessive wheel spin. They are recommended for experienced users and heavy-duty use. If you mostly drive sand and mud, the standard boards are the gentler pick.
