25W MagSafe Wireless Charger Pad for Factory Cubby — 2024+ Tacoma / 2025+ 4Runner
Drop it in the factory center cubby, plug into USB-C, and charge wirelessly — no cable, no clutter.
Wireless Charging in the Right Spot
The 2024+ Tacoma and 2025+ 4Runner have a factory center cubby that's the perfect size and location for a wireless charger — but Toyota didn't include one. This pad fills that gap exactly.
Layered and laser-cut acrylic, made in the USA. The pad sits in the cubby and plugs into the factory high-output USB-C ports already in the console — no rewiring, no permanent modification. Up to 25W charging for newer iPhones with MagSafe. Strong magnetic hold keeps the phone secure on bumpy roads.
Tested fitment:
iPhone 17 Pro Max — with minimalist bumper case
iPhone 16 Pro Max — with Kate Spade MagSafe compatible case
Any iPhone 12 or newer with MagSafe (or MagSafe-compatible case)
Installation & Mounting Tips
Step 1 — Find the Right Location
The pad was designed with adjustability in mind. Before committing the adhesive, test different positions in the cubby to find where your phone sits most naturally for your driving position. Once you're happy with the location, proceed to mounting.
Step 2 — Mount with 3M Adhesive
The pad uses 3M Adhesive Transfer Tape 468MP, a pressure-sensitive adhesive that builds strength over time.
Temperature requirement: The surface must be above 50°F (10°C) for the adhesive to form a proper bond. Ideally, install at room temperature.
Press the pad firmly into place. Don't just set it down — apply solid, even pressure across the entire surface.
Step 3 — Allow to Cure
This is the most important step. The adhesive doesn't reach full strength immediately:

72 hours
~100% (full bond)
Important: Over the next few rides, apply firm pressure against the entire charger when placing your phone. Do not place additional weight on it. Moving it around after application will not help — decide on your location first, then commit. The adhesive reaches full bond strength at 72 hours.
FAQ
Which phones are compatible? Any iPhone 12 or newer with built-in MagSafe, or any phone in a MagSafe-compatible case. Standard Qi wireless charging is not supported — MagSafe alignment is required for the magnetic hold and fast charging.
What charging speeds can I expect? Up to 15W for iPhone 12–15. Up to 25W for newer iPhone models. Actual speed depends on your phone model, case, and the USB-C port output in your vehicle.
The pad moved after installation — what do I do? The 3M adhesive builds strength over 72 hours. If it moved before fully curing, reposition it and apply firm, even pressure across the whole surface. Do not keep moving it — choose your final location and hold pressure. Avoid placing additional weight on it during the cure period.
What if it's cold when I install? The 3M adhesive requires a surface temperature above 50°F (10°C) to bond properly. If you're installing in cold weather, let the vehicle warm up first — a cold console surface will significantly weaken the initial bond.
Does this work with Android phones? Only with Android phones in a MagSafe-compatible case. The charger uses MagSafe magnets for alignment — without them, the phone won't hold position securely.
Is this made in the USA? Yes — layered and laser-cut acrylic construction done in Fort Myers, FL.
