These OEM emblems have been around in Toyota's history for a bit. Replace your iForceMAX emblem or place it somewhere else on your vehicle. Adhesive backed and easy to install.

INSTALLATION
To remove the factory badge, face the vehicle towards the sun or use a heat gun. Apply heat and then use your fingers to peel off the emblem. Be sure not to push it against the factory paint.
Use an adhesive remover like "Rapid Remover" to get rid of any remaining adhesive. Re-clean the area with a non wax detailing spray or go through a car wash.
Use painter's tape to create a template and align this emblem so that it perfectly horizontal on the vehicle.
