A purpose-built baseplate that relocates your rear dash-cam camera to a stable headliner mount – so you never lose your rear view when the liftgate is up.

Why Mount to the Headliner?
Our install was done on a vehicle without the factory digital rearview camera. Instead of sticking the camera to the liftgate glass, we wanted it on a surface that doesn't move with the liftgate. That gives you two real advantages:
Still records the rear view while the liftgate is up – handy when loading and unloading the cargo area
You can move the vehicle and still see out the back even with the tailgate open
The headliner makes a stable mounting location – as long as you have a proper baseplate to anchor to. That's exactly what this plate is for.
What It Is
This custom plate is adhesive-backed and slotted to accept the Wolfbox rear-camera mount. It drills into the plastic headliner mount using the two included self-tapping screws, giving you a firm, rattle-free anchor point. The slotted design also fits a variety of other DVR cameras, so it isn't locked to a single brand.
Installation
All you need is a couple of screwdrivers. Peel and stick the plate, then secure it to the factory headliner bracket with the included self-tapping screws.
Tip: Don't overtighten the self-tapping screws – you want a firm mount that's free from vibration without stripping the factory headliner bracket.
