From 2,500 rpm all the way to redline, the engine pulls strongly with smooth, linear power the moment you touch the throttle — no harshness, no compromise to the GX's original drivability.

Dual Φ102mm Black-Coated Tips
Twin large-diameter Φ102mm tailpipes give the GX550 a commanding rear stance. The black-coated finish keeps things understated and premium, while the pipes carry a refined hairline brush with a sophisticated matte texture. The tips are precisely positioned to follow the GX550's bumper lines — and the reimagined "EXH TECH" logo alongside the HKS mark adds a clean, minimalist touch.

Built by HKS Craftsmen, One at a Time
The LEGAMAX TRAILMASTER is fabricated from SUS304 (S304) stainless steel — the primary structural material — with every component TIG welded and hand-finished by skilled HKS craftsmen. The result is exceptional strength paired with a beautifully refined appearance that holds up to the elements and looks the part underneath a flagship SUV.

The sound tuning was developed to enhance the driving experience — a deep, powerful tone with a premium feel that suits the GX550's presence. HKS specifically minimized steady-speed highway drone (front and rear seats) and paid careful attention to exhaust volume and quality during cold starts and idling. Close-range idle noise is actually lower than stock: 80 dB vs. 81 dB.
