Professional-grade traction boards, made in America, for sand, mud, snow and rock.
Made in Kansas. Made in the USA.
ActionTrax boards are made with care in Kansas, with U.S. tooling and materials, by a desert-racing airplane mechanic, family and friends. They started as portable boat ramps and temporary roads, and farmers, construction crews, military members, disaster-relief teams and first responders now trust them to get a whole convoy across soft ground. 100% made in the USA.
Sawtooth Ends That Bite
The sawtooth ends let you clear material from under a stuck tire, then slide the board under the tread so it contacts as many lugs as possible.
Designed with input from elite military units and Baja 1000 racers, these boards are built for hard use, not occasional use.
Repairable in the Field
Pre-formed drill-bit holes mean a damaged tooth is a field fix, not a replacement. Use the ActionTrax lug repair kit or your own hardware.
The quick-link system lets you tie boards together with cording or flex cuffs from your existing kit to make a temporary road. Larger hand holds are sized for gloves and big hands.
Made in the USA, Molded Into the Board
Look at the handle area: the Made in the USA emblem is molded into the board, along with Tire Here arrows and No Tire Spin reminders.
The material is UV stabilized, so sun and extreme conditions do not break it down.
See How They Work
This short video from ActionTrax explains the benefits of the flexible, field-repairable American-made design and shares technique tips for getting the most from your boards.
Where are ActionTrax boards made? In Kansas, USA, with U.S. tooling and materials. ActionTrax states they are 100% made in the USA.
Standard or Metal Teeth? Standard boards have molded sawtooth ends. Metal Teeth boards add steel teeth for ice, hardpack snow and frozen mud, but can damage tires with excessive wheel spin.
How many come in a set? One pair (two boards).
How much do they weigh? 20 lb per pair.
Will they fit my vehicle? They are universal. The maker lists no vehicle weight limits or terrain restrictions.
Can I repair them? Yes. Pre-formed drill holes let you replace a tooth with the ActionTrax lug repair kit or your own hardware.
How do I store or mount them? Strap them down with bungees or ratchet straps, or use a rack or recovery board mount. The standard four-keyhole pattern is 34 3/4" x 10 1/2".
What is the warranty? ActionTrax lists an unconditional lifetime guarantee against defects, except teeth burned by excessive wheel spin. If you have a concern, email info@stickerfab.com with a photo.
