Do I need the Sasquatch package?
Yes — these are cut for the 315/70R17 tires that come with the Sasquatch package. Standard-width tires use a different mud flap cut.

How do I know if I have a plastic or steel rear bumper?
Plastic rear bumper = Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, Wildtrak. Steel rear bumper = Badlands, Black Diamond, First Edition, Raptor. If unsure, check underneath — steel bumpers are visibly heavier and have a different profile.
