INSTRUCTIONS

Clean the application and surrounding areas prior to applying.  We recommend the following items for installation:

  • Microfiber
  • Detailing Spray
  • Soapy Water
  • Heat Gun or Hair Dryer

Complete this area in the shade if it is hot outside. Apply soapy water to the back of the vinyl. This allows you to move it around and get the correct alignment. It also allows you to get the air bubbles out with ease. There is extra material on each piece that wraps around the lens, towards in gap in the trunk. Start at the opposite end and allow the extra material to go into the gap. Once you have aligned it properly, use your fingers to push out the soapy water. Then apply light heat to dry it all out and press down the portion that goes into the trunk gap. Only use enough heat to dry the vinyl. Don't allow it to overstretch the vinyl. A good rule of thumb is that if it is burning you, it is too hot.
