Not All Materials Are Created Equal
We use premium vinyl with a repositionable permanent adhesive on an air-egress liner — forgiving to apply, dimensionally stable, and built to hold up over the long haul.
🔧 Installation
Install in mild, 75–85°F weather. A wet install is recommended: spray the surface and the back of the vinyl with StickerFab fluid so you can slide it into place, work out the fluid from the center outward, then set the adhesive with light heat from a hair dryer or heat gun. Work up the heat slowly — if it would burn you, it can burn the material.
For the 3D Carbon material, do not apply wax — clean with normal soap and water.
Is this real carbon fiber? No — "3D Carbon Fiber" is our premium textured vinyl overlay. It gives you the deep 3D carbon look of a flexible film, not a hard carbon part.
Will it fit my car? It's precision-cut for the 2015-2021 Subaru WRX / STI.
Is it hard to install? It's a forgiving wet install — reposition with StickerFab fluid, work out the fluid, then set it with light heat.
How do I care for it? No wax. Clean with normal soap and water.
Is this made in the USA? Yes — cut to order by StickerFab in Fort Myers, Florida from premium US/Euro-sourced vinyl.
Not too difficult, just have to take your time and get all the air bubbles out and be patient. Results were fantastic.
