A Custom Look, Without the Work
KC publishes a PDF template for making your own custom light covers — but not everyone has the time, the vinyl, or the equipment to cut them. These overlays give you that custom topographic-map look ready to apply, in a range of colors.
Each overlay is cut specifically for the KC Flex Era 4 cover (part #5325) — this is a designated fitment, not a universal shape.

Available in Carbonized Gray (white or gray logo), Code Orange, Race Red, Velocity Blue (with or without logo), and Bengals Orange topo prints.

📦 What You Get
A 2-piece set of solid printed vinyl topo overlays (one per cover). The KC HiLiTES Flex Era 4 light cover (part #5325) and the lights themselves are not included — the overlays apply to a cover you already own.
Wet Install, Every Time
We recommend a wet install (the video shows a similar install — the same technique applies here).
Clean the light cover surface with a wax-free quick detailer and microfiber.
Spray the cover and the overlay with StickerFab Application Fluid (or soapy water) as you peel it off the backing.
Align perfectly, then squeegee out the fluid and bubbles.
Use heat and your fingers to conform the overlay to the curved areas.
Does this include the KC light cover? No. These are the vinyl overlays only. They apply onto the KC HiLiTES Flex Era 4 cover (part #5325), which is sold separately.

How many overlays come in a set? Each order is a 2-piece set — one overlay per cover.
