Factory fitment. Better than factory finish. The INEOS Grenadier Armor Utility Belt is one of the most functional factory options — but if yours didn't come with it, DVA Mechanics builds a direct retrofit that outperforms the OEM version.
Same dimensions, same bolt-on fit, but a dual anodized + powder-coated finish versus the factory anodized-only spec — for better chip, scratch, and UV resistance on the trail.

Coverage — 2 Rear Door Positions
Covers the rear driver and rear passenger door rails — the natural mounting point for MOLLE panels and rear-window accessory carriers, accessible without opening the boot.
It's the entry point into the system: add the front doors later with the Door Set, or go all the way to the Full Set for 6-position coverage.

Why the Dual Finish Matters
Anodize First
Anodizing converts the aluminum surface into aluminium oxide — bonded into the metal, not a coating on top. It gives a hard base layer and preps the surface for powder coat.

Powder Coat Over
A powder coat applied over the anodized layer adds chip resistance, scratch protection, and a UV-stable color layer. The factory version stops at anodize — this goes further.

Trail-Ready Durability
Two finish layers versus one means the DVA belt resists stone chips, brush contact, UV exposure, and trail abuse that make factory anodized panels show wear over time.

Bolts directly to existing Grenadier mounting points — no drilling, cutting, or permanent modification. Basic hand tools only, and fully reversible to stock.

Which kit should I choose?
The Rear Section is ideal if your main need is rear-door gear access (MOLLE, rear-window carriers). The Door Set covers all four doors; the Full Set adds both rear trunk panels. |
Can I add more panels later?
Yes — it's designed as an entry point. Add the front doors with the Door Set, or move to full coverage with the Full Set. Same finish and mounting system throughout. |
How is DVA's version better than OEM?
The factory belt is anodized only. DVA adds a powder coat over the anodize for superior chip, scratch, corrosion, and UV resistance — same OEM dimensions and bolt-on fit. |
What accessories can I mount?
