Topographic Map Vinyl Rolls — Cut Your Own Designs
Premium printed topo contour vinyl on an 18.5" roll. Pick your length, material, and line color — then cut your own pillar wraps, hood accents, and trim.
Raw Material for the Builds We Haven't Pre-Cut Yet
Topographic map vinyl is one of the most popular custom wrap styles for off-road trucks and SUVs — the contour pattern adds a rugged, adventure-ready look to pillars, hoods, rockers, door panels, and more. These premium topo rolls give you the raw material to cut your own templates and create designs we haven't had time to pre-cut ourselves.
This isn't off-the-shelf vinyl. Every roll is custom printed and laminated in-house at our Florida shop, one piece at a time. The result is a high-quality, long-lasting print that resists fading even when your rig sits in the sun daily — and light abrasions won't damage the ink.

📐 Roll Dimensions
Width: 18.5" • Lengths: 3.25 ft or 6.5 ft • Finish: Matte
The 6.5 ft roll gives you a continuous, non-repeating pattern across the full length — ideal for longer panels like hoods or bed sides. The 3.25 ft roll is perfect for pillar wraps, smaller accent panels, and trim pieces.
Two Materials — Pick for Your Surface
Normal — Smooth Surface Install (4.45 mil)
Orafol air-egress material built for painted surfaces, glass, and smooth plastics. Air-egress channels let bubbles escape during installation, making it the easier material to work with. Install larger pieces wet, smaller pieces dry.
|
High Tack — Rough Surface Install (7.2 mil)
Formulated for low-energy surfaces like textured plastic, rough trim, and unpainted panels. Ultra-aggressive adhesive that sticks where standard vinyl won't. Wet or dry installs both work — for rougher surfaces, a dry install gives more control.

Print & Lamination Quality
These are the same style prints used across our vehicle-specific topo products — the pillar overlays, hood wraps, and interior kits that have shipped without complaints. There's inherent risk in any lamination process, so minor imperfections may occasionally be present, but any such imperfections are non-visible at normal observation distance.

FAQ
|
What's the difference between Normal and High Tack? Normal (Smooth Surface) has air-egress channels that let air escape during application — great for smooth painted surfaces and glass. High Tack has an ultra-aggressive adhesive with no channels, designed for rough or textured plastic where standard vinyl won't hold.
Which length should I choose? The 3.25 ft roll works for pillar wraps and most accent panels. The 6.5 ft roll is better for hoods, bed sides, or any panel where you want a continuous pattern without a seam — it's harder to produce defect-free, so it costs more.
