There's just not that much illumination from the factory LEDs on the 2024 Land Cruiser. If you have a First Edition, you are blessed with a couple extra set of lamps. However, us peasants are left in the dark.
This OSD light kit adds a plug and play cargo light in a great location. It simply replaces a factory plastic cap for the cleanest of installs. That's even better than the First Edition that actually had a template where a factory employee had to modify the rear plastics to install them.
NOTE: Now this is available with an ultra easy harness that connects to the power lift gate connector. You only have to run the wires a few inches which makes this install take minutes!
Use
The lamp is touch sensitive if you ever want to turn it off manually. Touch hold to turn down brightness. Touch down again to increase it.
Version
Connect to Lower Cargo Lights - this plug and play wiring is shown in the video.
Connect to Power Liftgate Harness - this is a new version that connects to the power liftgate buttons located directly next to the lamp. It is quicker and easier. Requires less removal of panels.

This is the original installation video. For the newer model with wiring to connect to the power liftgate switches, just use a plastic trim tool to pop out the OEM switch holder. Connect the supplied wiring directly to this harness.
