With the optional secondary air inlet unplugged, the system flows 27.7% less restrictive than the factory intake for noticeably stronger throttle response.
You also get a deeper, more aggressive intake tone under acceleration, without drone at cruise.

A rotomolded airbox shields the filter and helps keep intake temperatures down, while the OEM-style MAF housing keeps your air-fuel ratios in spec so you don't trip a check-engine light. A flexible grommet design maintains a proper seal even while flexing off-road.
An optional secondary air inlet (with included rubber plug) lets you dial in extra airflow, and you can choose an oiled or dry washable filter - both reusable for long-term filtration.

This is a DIY-friendly bolt-on that typically takes under 30 minutes with basic hand tools - no cutting or tuning required. It's a clean, performance-inspired upgrade that also improves your engine-bay aesthetics.
⚠ Filter Maintenance: For best performance, clean the washable filter every 10,000-15,000 miles in normal driving (re-oil if you chose the oiled filter). In dusty or off-road conditions, inspect it more often and service it whenever it looks dry or heavily coated. (Filter cleaning/re-oiling is not covered under the Lifetime Warranty.)
Oiled vs. Dry Filter - Which Should You Pick?

Oiled Filter (Cotton/Gauze)

No. This intake is safe to run on a completely stock tune - the OEM-style MAF housing keeps your air-fuel ratios correct.

Will it fit my Trailhunter?
No. This intake does not fit Trailhunter applications. It fits all other 2024+ Tacoma 2.4L turbo trims.

Oiled or dry filter?
