Seatbelt Trim Protector 3D Carbon Overlays
We were introduced to "seatbelt trim protectors" by a small shop in Japan. These vinyl products protect the soft plastic where the seatbelt rests when not in use and adds texture.
Sold as a pair.
INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the application and surrounding areas prior to applying. We recommend the following items for installation:
- Microfiber
- Detailing Spray
- Heat Gun or Hair Dryer (optional)
Make sure the area is clean and free from any product similar to Armor All. This installation requires a warm environment and a little stretching of the material. Please see our installation video.

I brought this product because I don’t usually loop the passenger side seat belt through the seat-mounted holder. As a result, the trim piece tends to get nicked up. This product fits the bill perfectly, but aligning it on the trim piece is not intuitive and it took me numerous times on both sides to get it where I thought it looked right. It’s holding up well and looks good. It’s a nice add to the interior.
