Here's a solution that prevents messy wires that we use ourselves! It is a universal part, but conveniently Bronco owners with the lux package have a dash mounted Type A USB port.
This takes a standard 5V USB plug and gives you an RJ11 12V jack which is compatible with many radar detectors from popular manufacturers like Escort, Valentine, and Uniden.
Please check your radar manufacturer for specifications.
1 year warranty. Be careful not to place tension on the wire. This can break the casing and bend the connection between the PCB, port, and internal wires.

My new bronco has a usb A port on the dash, and this cable was perfect to wire my passport iX to the windshield. Would work for a dash cam too. The usb plug part is bigger than I expected, but a minor inconvenience.
Bought this to utilize dash usb on 22 Ford Bronco. Works Great!!!
It’s works fine on my older Uniden radar detector. Wish it had a mute button and coiled stretch cable like the old cable did.
Unit works well with my Escort detector.
