Strength That Doesn't Rely on the Rain Gutter
The ACS ROOF is the result of a decade of testing and hundreds of thousands of off-road miles behind Leitner's Active Cargo System. Its billet-machined 6061 T6 aluminum mounting bases bolt directly to the INEOS roll cage — not the factory rain gutter — for a rock-solid foundation that can take a beating.
The platform itself uses 6063 T6 aluminum extrusion with heavy-duty 1.5mm–3.0mm multi-wall construction, finished in a zinc-plated dual-stage powder coat.

Carry Serious Gear
Rated for 250 lb dynamic off-road, 500 lb dynamic on-road, and 1,000 lb static while parked — enough for the heaviest rooftop tents. Adjustable sliding load bars drop into toothed channels so you can position and lock your gear exactly where you want it.
Only adds 2 inches of height, and an included wind noise reducer keeps highway drives quiet.

The T-track mounting system fits a huge range of Rhino-Rack, Thule, and Yakima accessories. Pre-marked spots make mounting MAXTRAX, RotopaX, and the Leitner GearPOD ROOF straightforward. The whole system is fully upgradable as you add gear.
