KC makes two different square Era 4 lights, and the covers are not interchangeable. The Era 4 Mini is the newer, smaller light; the Era 4 is the original full-size light. Check the part number on your KC cover (or the light itself) against the table below — an Era 4 Mini overlay will not fit an Era 4 cover, and an Era 4 overlay will not fit a Mini cover.

KC publishes a PDF template for making your own custom light covers — but not everyone has the time, the vinyl, or the equipment to cut them. These overlays give you that custom topographic-map look ready to apply, in a range of colors.
Each overlay is cut specifically for the KC Flex Era 4 cover (part #5325) — this is a designated fitment, not a universal shape.

📦 What You Get
A 2-piece set of solid printed vinyl topo overlays (one per cover). The KC HiLiTES Flex Era 4 light cover (part #5325) and the lights themselves are not included — the overlays apply to a cover you already own.
Wet Install, Every Time
We recommend a wet install (the video shows a similar install — the same technique applies here).
Clean the light cover surface with a wax-free quick detailer and microfiber.
Spray the cover and the overlay with StickerFab Application Fluid (or soapy water) as you peel it off the backing.
Align perfectly, then squeegee out the fluid and bubbles.
Use heat and your fingers to conform the overlay to the curved areas.
Prefer a Dry Install? Watch This First
This dry install video shows the newer, smaller Flex Era 4 Mini cover (part #5220). The technique is the same on the full-size Era 4 cover (part #5325): clean the cover, peel, align, and squeegee flat from the center out.
The dry method is quicker, but it gives you one shot at placement, so it is best if you have installed vinyl before. New to vinyl? Stick with the wet install above.
