Mine is a simple story with a simple ending.
I placed my order for a Valentine cable to C connector back in September. I was expecting it to arrive by Oct 6. When the USPS stated it was delivered, and I asked all my neighbors and no one had a delivery meant for me, I reached out to stickerfab. Man, was I surprised when they agreed to send me a replacement cable which arrived today. Great service!

Works as advertised

Was compatible with my Escort MaxCam360. Originally worried after other cables failed to deliver enough voltage. Want to try this on another car as not all USB C ports are made the same way, but works well for its intended purpose.

My car is a 2020 BMW 5 series.

This is just what I need. It works perfectly. After attempting to use a mirror connector I was unable to make a stable connection because the size of the wires being so tiny. With no cigarette lighter I decided to look for a USB adapter and found this. It arrived today so I immediately plugged it in and it worked perfectly.

Will this work with my 2024 Tacoma's USB-C port? Yes — the 2024 Tacoma's center console USB-C ports support Quick Charge. Either version works, but the QC/PD cord is the cleaner choice for Tacoma.	Which version for a 2021+ Bronco? The Bronco has QC-capable USB-C ports in the center console — the QC/PD version is ideal. For the basic USB-C port in the overhead console, choose Universal.
Does my port need to support Quick Charge? Only for the QC/PD version. If you're unsure, choose Universal — it works with any USB-C power port.	Will 38" reach my windshield-mounted detector? For most vehicles routing from a front-row console port, yes. For very long routes, consider the OBD cord (118") instead.
