The Baja Designs Squadron light covers protect your lights — these vinyl overlays make them look like they belong to your build. Printed vinyl designed specifically to fit the Squadron rock guard cover (part numbers 668001 for 1.0 and 668014 for 2.0), available in a range of colors and designs. The overlay goes directly over the cover surface for a clean, custom look that holds up to the conditions you're running in. Sold as a 2-piece set. Covers sold separately.

Ideal install temperature: 75-85°F — work in the shade if it's warm. Clean the cover surface, spray with application fluid, peel the overlay and mist the adhesive side as well. The fluid lets you slide it into perfect alignment before committing. Once aligned, push out the fluid and bubbles with your fingers from the center outward. Use light heat and your fingertips to massage out any remaining fluid at the edges. Go slow — pull up and re-lay sections as needed.

What's the difference between 1.0 (Original) and 2.0 (New)? The 1.0 and 2.0 refer to the Baja Designs Squadron cover versions — not the lights themselves. The 1.0 fits cover part number 668001 and the 2.0 fits cover part number 668014. Check your covers before ordering to confirm which version you have.
Are the covers included? No — these are overlay decals only. The Baja Designs Squadron rock guard covers (668001 or 668014) are sold separately.
How many are in a set? Each order includes 2 overlay pieces — one for each cover.
Can I do a dry install? Wet install is recommended for these — it gives you the alignment flexibility you need on a curved cover surface. Dry install is possible but unforgiving if you're off.
