Diode Dynamics D-Switch 8-Channel Switch Panel - Full Control Over Your 12V Setup
The Diode Dynamics D-Switch 8-Channel Switch Panel puts complete control of your 12V accessories in one clean, programmable system. At its core is Dynamic Channel Assignment - a feature that lets you remap any of the 8 output channels however you need. Route multiple outputs to a single button press, or run one output through different strobe patterns and timing sequences. It's the kind of flexibility that a bank of toggle switches simply can't match, and it adapts as your build evolves without rewiring anything.
The D-Switch adds a dedicated 9th button specifically for the backlight bus bar. This means every backlit accessory - pods, light bars, dash panels - connects through that channel and powers on together without using any of your 8 primary outputs. Your 8 channels stay free for what actually draws current: driving lights, air compressors, winches, and everything else. OEM signal integration rounds out the control side: the included trigger and Night Mode wiring harness connects to your ignition wire so the system comes on and shuts off with the vehicle. Additional trigger wires handle high beams, fog lights, and reverse, so your auxiliary lighting responds automatically to real driving conditions.
The Bluetooth app (iOS and Android) controls the entire system with no perceptible lag. You can rename channels, adjust output behavior, set strobes, and pair up to 4 D-Switch units simultaneously from one phone. All programming stores directly on the hub, so the system runs without the app once configured. The hub itself is a fully-encapsulated aluminum casting rated IP67 - the internals are sealed against dust and water submersion. There are no mechanical relays and no physical fuses, which eliminates the most common failure points in traditional switch panels. Operating range is 9-16V DC and -40F to 250F, covering everything from arctic cold starts to engine bay heat.
Setup takes 30-60 minutes with basic hand tools. The 10-foot controller wiring harness gives you routing flexibility in most cab configurations, and the included battery cables, T-taps, zip ties, and mounting hardware have everything you need to complete a clean install without a parts run.

FAQ
Does this work with any vehicle?
Yes. The D-Switch is universally compatible with any 12V DC vehicle - trucks, Jeeps, Broncos, off-road rigs, overland builds. It is not vehicle-specific.
Do I need the app to use it after setup?
No. All programming is stored on the hub. Once you've configured your channels via the Bluetooth app, the system operates independently without the phone connected.
Can I control it while driving?
Yes. The controller mounts within reach and operates all channels directly. The app is for programming and advanced adjustments, not required for daily operation.
What's the difference between the 15A and 30A channels?
Channels 1-4 are rated at 15A each - suitable for LED light bars, pods, and most 12V accessories. Channels 5-8 are rated at 30A each, designed for higher-draw devices like air compressors, winches, or rock lights running multiple pods.
Is the hub really waterproof?
The hub and controller are IP67 rated, meaning they can withstand temporary water submersion. The wiring terminals are excluded from the IP67 rating and should be protected from direct water exposure with proper routing and sealing during installation.
