ICON Billet UCA with Delta Joint PRO — 2024+ Tacoma / 4Runner / Land Cruiser / GX 550
The ICON Billet Upper Control Arm Kit with Delta Joint PRO is the top-spec front suspension upgrade for the 2024+ Toyota Tacoma, 2025+ Toyota 4Runner, 2024+ Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series, and 2024+ Lexus GX 550. Every major component is upgraded over what's available in a standard aftermarket UCA: a full billet 6061 aluminum arm with an H-beam cross-section, FK Rod End Heim joints, an on-vehicle double adjuster sleeve, and ICON's Delta Joint PRO — their most capable articulation joint.
Available in Black for a blacked-out look in the wheel well, or Gold Anodized to match ICON shock absorbers for a signature ICON build appearance.
Billet H-Beam Construction
The arm is CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum using a hybrid H-beam cross-section — the same geometry used in aerospace and motorsports structural components. Compared to a tubular arm of similar weight, the H-beam cross-section resists bending forces more effectively, particularly the lateral loads that UCAs see during cornering and off-camber terrain. Lighter and stronger than tubular steel at the same task.
Delta Joint PRO — ICON's Most Capable Ball Joint
-
90° total articulation — 14% more range of motion than ICON's original Delta Joint; bind-free through the complete range of travel
-
56% more bearing surface than the standard Delta Joint — improved load distribution and longevity
-
Fully rebuildable — any component can be replaced individually; the joint outlasts the arm if serviced
-
Chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C 55 — resists deformation under sustained load
-
Graphite-impregnated sintered metal races — metal-to-metal interface, machined to tight tolerances
-
Improved lubrication channels — grease distributed more efficiently without extending past the seal
FK Rod End Heim Joints & Double Adjuster Sleeve
3/4" FK Rod End Heim joints replace the OEM bushings for precise, low-friction function throughout the suspension range. The ICON double adjuster sleeve allows camber and caster to be tuned on the vehicle — without removing the arm — making it practical to dial in alignment as your build evolves.
Color Options
-

Fitment
Fits: 2024+ Toyota Tacoma (all trims) • 2025+ Toyota 4Runner (all trims) • 2024+ Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series • 2024+ Lexus GX 550. Front upper control arms, both sides included. Wheel alignment required after installation.
FAQ
Black vs Gold — is there a performance difference?
No — both are the same arm with identical geometry and construction. The gold anodized finish is purely cosmetic, matching the color of ICON shock absorbers for a coordinated build look.
What is the H-beam cross-section and why does it matter?
An H-beam cross-section distributes material where it's most needed structurally — along the flanges that resist bending. For a given weight of aluminum, it's stiffer in bending than a round tube, which means a lighter arm can resist the same loads as a heavier tubular design.
Does this require a wheel alignment after installation?
Yes — always required after any UCA swap. The double adjuster sleeve makes it easier to set your target alignment before hitting the alignment rack.
What is the Delta Joint PRO and how does it differ from a standard ball joint?
Standard ball joints have fixed geometry and limited articulation. The Delta Joint PRO achieves 90° of total articulation with a larger bearing surface, zero bind through the full suspension range, and a rebuildable design. Any component can be replaced independently — you're not buying a new joint every service interval.
Does the Delta Joint PRO need greasing?
Yes — it's serviceable with a grease fitting. Service intervals depend on use; grease more frequently if you do sustained off-road or exposure to water and dirt.
