The Bronco's Suspension, Made Intelligent — Fox 3.2 Factory Race Live Valve
Electronic adaptive damping that re-tunes 400 times a second — planted on pavement, compliant on the trail, without you touching a dial.
Not a Conventional Coilover Kit
Traditional suspension makes you pick a tune and live with that compromise across every condition. The Fox 3.2 Factory Race Series Live Valve eliminates that trade-off entirely. Electronic actuators at each corner respond to terrain sensors and vehicle inputs 400 times per second — firming up for control on-road, then relaxing for compliance and travel off-road. Your Bronco is always in the right setting, on pavement, gravel, deep sand, or technical rocks.
The platform is a 3.2" aluminum Factory Race Series body — the same used in desert race vehicles. Large diameter means more fluid volume, better heat dissipation, and greater consistency over sustained abuse. Live Valve's Connected Suspension handles the tuning; you handle the driving.

How Live Valve Works
-
Sensors monitor speed, pitch, and terrain input — 400 readings per second, all four corners
-
On-road: damping firms up — less dive under braking, less body roll in corners, more stability at speed
-
Off-road: damping opens up — maximizes travel and tire contact on ledges, sand, and rough terrain
-
Fully automatic — no driver input; it adapts faster than any manual adjustment could

⚙️ Fitment & Installation — Read Before Ordering
Requires an aftermarket Upper Control Arm — the added travel and geometry of the 3.2" Factory Race system exceed the factory UCA. Excludes the Bronco Raptor (different suspension geometry and mounting). A maximum 4.5" wheel backspacing is required to properly clearance suspension components. With the Sasquatch package, expect approximately 3.5" front lift and 2.5" rear lift. Given the full-vehicle coilover kit with electronic components, professional installation by a qualified suspension shop is strongly recommended — the FOX owner's manual above covers the full process.
FAQ
|
What is Live Valve and how is it different from standard coilovers? Standard coilovers are tuned to a fixed damping rate — you pick a setting and every condition is a compromise. Live Valve uses electronic actuators and terrain sensors sampling at 400Hz to adjust damping in real time at each corner, so the suspension is always optimally tuned for your current conditions with no manual input.
|
Why is an Upper Control Arm required? The increased travel and geometry changes of the 3.2" Factory Race system exceed what the factory upper control arm is designed to handle. An aftermarket UCA is required for proper geometry, clearance, and warranty compliance.
|
|
Does this fit the Bronco Raptor? No — the Raptor uses different suspension geometry and mounting. This kit is for non-Raptor Bronco trims only.
|
What lift height can I expect? With the Sasquatch package, expect approximately 3.5" of front lift and 2.5" of rear lift. Non-Sasquatch fitment may vary.
|
|
What backspacing do my wheels need? A maximum of 4.5" backspacing is required to properly clearance the suspension components. Exceeding this will cause interference.
|
Is this a bolt-on install or does it need a shop? Given the complexity of a full-vehicle coilover kit with electronic components, professional installation by a qualified suspension shop is strongly recommended. The FOX owner's manual (linked above) covers the full installation process.
