Really poor quality

Really poor quality, mine scratched as soon as I put my key ring on, and they don’t honor any return/refund policy. Waste of money!

We are sorry you damaged the case when placing your metal key ring on it. You were initially upset because you thought we sent the wrong item. We did send you what was on your order.

You already had used it anyways and damaged the item so under our return policy which states items must be sent back in the same condition, we were not able to accept it.

You also complained it was not made of real carbon. However it is dry carbon.
