The Toggle Switch Kit gives you a dedicated manual switch — you can turn the lights on any time, including for camp use. The Trailer Harness Kit plugs directly into the factory trailer connector and activates automatically when you select reverse. Choose Toggle if you want camp-use flexibility; choose Trailer if you want the simplest install.
Do these replace or supplement the factory backup lights?
Supplement. The S2 Sport reverse lights mount under the bumper in addition to the factory backup lights, dramatically increasing rear visibility especially at ground level.
