Heavy-duty rock slider + utility step — classic tubular-over-rectangular design that matches the Grenadier's rugged styling.
1.9" round tube welded to 3" x 1.5" rectangular tube — both A36 HRPO steel with .120" walls, the outer tube sticks out 3.6" for body protection and a step.
Bolts to the factory chassis — uses factory threaded locations and through-holes, no vehicle modification.
Built for abuse, styled to match the truck. A rock slider that doubles as a real utility step without sticking out like a running board.
Design, Styling & Utility
The Grenadier has its own classic look, and these sliders were drawn to match it: a tubular round tube welded to a rectangular rail. That design gives you real body protection and real durability while keeping the truck's boxy, rugged lines.
The outer tube protrudes 3.6" from the side of the vehicle and the main body of the slider. It shields the rocker panels from rocks and trail obstacles, and it's just enough of a step to climb in or reach the roof without turning the truck into a wide-stance running-board rig.
Construction
Round tube: A36 A1011 HRPO steel ERW, 1.9" OD with a .120" wall
Rectangular tube: A36 A1011 HRPO steel ERW, 3" x 1.5" with a .120" wall
Welded on each end and with four support gussets per side for added strength
Full CNC M12 threaded sleeves run through the entire tube, chamfered front and rear and welded on both sides, so a nut can't spin out or fall through the tubing
Welds inspected by a certified weld inspector (CWI)
Chassis Mounts Built to Take a Hit
The mounts are three separate pieces that bolt straight to the factory chassis. Keeping them separate lets them be made from much thicker material than a single stamped bracket — each one is cut from ¼" HRPO A36 prime steel.
Uses factory threaded chassis locations and through-holes
Zero modifications to the truck
Drainage holes in the gussets so moisture can't sit inside
Hardware is Metric Class 10.9 in yellow zinc chromate
Finish That Lasts
The slider body is steel shot-blasted to prep the surface, zinc primed, then coated in textured black powder coat. It is the same style of finish that has been proven on bull bars and winch kits, and it matches the Grenadier's textured black trim.
The hidden mounts get a yellow zinc chromate finish instead. The zinc acts as a sacrificial layer that corrodes before the steel does, and the chromate seals it to resist moisture and road salt. Drain holes in the slider body let moisture escape so the tube doesn't rust from the inside out.

INEOS Grenadier Station Wagon, 2024+ (US) — bolts to factory chassis points
🔧 Fitment & Installation
Designed specifically for the INEOS Grenadier Station Wagon. The sliders bolt to the factory chassis mounting points — no drilling, cutting or welding — using the supplied Class 10.9 hardware. A step-by-step installation video is included above. At 118 lbs for the pair, have a helper or a jack handy when you lift them into place.
Do these fit the Grenadier Station Wagon? Yes. They are made for the 2024+ US-spec INEOS Grenadier Station Wagon and mount to the factory chassis points.
Do I need to drill or cut anything? No. They use factory threaded chassis locations and through-holes with zero vehicle modification.
Can I use them as a step? Yes. The outer 1.9" tube protrudes 3.6" from the body, giving you a utility step without a bulky running-board look.
Can they support the weight of the truck? They are built to do the job of a proper slider: 1.9" and 3" x 1.5" steel tube with .120" walls, welded gussets, and separate ¼" steel mounts so the load goes into the chassis.
What finish do they come in? Textured black powder coat over zinc primer on the slider body, with yellow zinc chromate mounts and hardware.
Where are they made? In the USA. Every step — laser cutting, forming, welding, finishing and boxing — happens in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
How much do they weigh? 59 lbs per side, 118 lbs for the pair. They ship as a heavy freight item.
Do the sliders include the mounting hardware? Yes. The kit includes the three-piece mounts per side and Metric Class 10.9 hardware.
