Constructed from 3/8" steel, this is a purpose-built piece, not a universal hitch with adapter brackets. It installs using the existing bumper mounting points and uses a standard 2" receiver opening, which means full compatibility with tow balls, bike racks, cargo carriers, hitch-mounted spare tire carriers, and any other standard hitch accessory you'd want to run.
