5V USB to 12V RJ11 Power Cable

  • Plug and Play Solution to Power Many Radar Detectors
  • Aides in cleaning up installations
  • 12" overall length, ~10" cable length OR
  • 38" overall length, ~ 36" cable length

Here's a solution that prevents messy wires that we use ourselves!  It is a universal part, but conveniently Bronco owners with the lux package have a dash mounted Type A USB port.

This takes a standard 5V USB plug and gives you an RJ11 12V jack which is compatible with many radar detectors from popular manufacturers like Escort, Valentine, and Uniden.

Please check your radar manufacturer for specifications.

1 year warranty.  Be careful not to place tension on the wire.  This can break the casing and bend the connection between the PCB, port, and internal wires.

Power Cord works perfectly

Can’t complain. Works perfectly. My new truck only had USB’s up front. So this works great to power my escort radar detector.

Love this thing! Perfect size and length to not intrude on vision or anything....works like a charm and helped me not have to have a 4X4 place hardwire the detector for me!

Connect your Escort Radar to your 2023 BMW X5

The 12V connector for my Escort 8500 will not make connection to power my unit. BMW has changed the configuration of their 12V connector. This is what my BMW dealership told me. I called Escort and they recommended this USB adapter and it worked perfectly.
